Tina Kroiß (Bavaria) and Gudrun Brückner-Krebbel (Lower Saxony) met for the first time in January 2020 in Dortmund at a meeting of the Patchwork Guild. In spring, the idea arose to create textile works together despite Corona and the spatial distance.
The idea: one theme+one format+one colour scheme = two works.
The two results are then the basis for discussion digitally before the next idea is born. Besides the finished quilts, there were many hours of intensive exchange – full of inspiration and the emergence of a wonderful friendship.
