In 2011-2013 I took the Quilt Judging Course organised by The Quilters’ Guild of The British Isles. After successfully completing this highly demanding course I may call myself a certified quilt judge.

In the meantime, I have gathered wide experience in judging quilts at numerous quilt festivals in The Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom and Czech Republic, as well as at online quilt competitions.

I often meet people who want to know more about the process of judging quilts at competitions. I would like to share some of my knowledge on this subject, both theoretically and practically.
